摘要：The huge influx of information being retrievedbefore the user at the time of search poses the biggestchallenge of overcoming the irrelevant information from thesearch space .This paper focusses on its novel approach inhandling this issue of irrelevancy in two aspects. Firstly byrepresenting documents in a much more effective mannertaking into account the concepts or the meaning of the termsin the document. Second by using Frequent Pattern Growthprinciple of association analysis to help find frequent item setsis also discussed. The evaluation reveals an enhancement inAccuracy for the proposed approach compared to traditionalterm frequency approach
