摘要：The research discusses issues of training the computer skills and testing them in productive environment. Based on outcomes of the research project, authors describe recommendable solution for mastering office software applications skills and aspects of putting this solution into practice. Main conclusions of the research are based on data acquired and analyzed during approbation of solution in practice.
