摘要：The nurse rostering problem is usually tackled in the relevant literature as a single- objective optimization problem. Recently, however, the attention of researchers has been attracted by a multi-objective version of that problem. In the present paper we propose an algorithm for the multi-objective version of the problem. The performance of the proposed algorithm is compared with that of the simulated annealing method. The results of the application of the considered algorithms to a real-world optimization problem are provided.
