摘要：This research studies and analyze the causes ofattrition the company. This study has been conducted by the Simple Random Sampling of Workmen leaving the ASAL, Chakan, Pune. The research is based on the data collected from Direct Interviews, Questionnaires, Telephone interview, of the left employees as well as the employees presently working in the company.
