摘要:Employee attrition has been defined as a movement of the employee beyond the boundary of the organization. Interest in the topic has gained momentum in the recent past among the researchers. Self-efficacy and organisational efficacy are also major constructs of human resources which are considered important factors of attrition among the employees. The present study revolves around these three aspects. Data was collected from 782 employees of pharmaceutical employees. Three individual scales were distributed to execute the study. T-test was applied to find out the differences among the levels of three constructs between male and female respondents. The perception regarding the satisfaction with supervision among the male and female respondents are found different.
