摘要：Work life balance policy is expected to bring better balance in employees. The better balanced employees were seems to be more commited to the organisation in contrast unbalanced employees have the intention to leave the organisation in most of the cases. This study shows the relationship of organisational policy their usage and availability with work life balance and turnover intention.
