摘要:The present study was to verify, identify and make the profile of business leaders in the field of home appliances to the Cacoal city based on models of Hersey and Blanchard and his Situational Leadership the strategic differential is contemporary organizations. It was found that the leadership is needed in all types of human organization, whether in companies, in each one of their departments. It is essential in all the functions of the business administration, the administrator needs to know the human nature and know how to lead the people, that is, to lead. The first part of the work is dedicated to the review of the theme leadership, its history and pointing out concepts, styles and addressing, in particular the theory of Hersey and Blanchard situational leadership, also known as quota leadership. Is completion of the study was used the quantitative method and qualitative research, with the dates collected by means studied by is questionnaire with the administrators at the strategic level, tactical, operational applied on 26 leaders of organizations. It was observed in the research that the main type of leader found in enterprises under study were the leaders that possess a high power of communication, seeking always motivate their subordinates to achieve good results, represent the profile of 39% of respondents in our study.
