摘要：The agro based food processing industry is divided in to various classes, subclasses, segments and categories. It is essential to find out the various products available in the market, there width, depth, length and consistency so that we can point out the most attractive area and recent trends in this industry. The data collected in this study had been from the organized and unorganized retail stores, dairies, bakeries, and meat stalls in the Jalgaon city. The main focus of this paper is to point out the how many product lines and variants are available in various segments of agro based food processed products in the market.
