摘要：Today’s business is facing an uphill task to meet the growing expectation of society. There has been a very strong feeling that business should be socially responsible as it makes use of the resources of society and largely depends on society for its functioning. The business must be congruent with the social needs, aspirations, and expectations. Business should work for the welfare and upgrading the overall standard of the society at large. The companies now have to be more socially sensitive and responsible. The objective of the business has to be proper utilization of resources for the benefit of the society.
