摘要：Current global trends increasingly support the fact that in the XXI century scientific potential of any country is the guarantor and the principal driving force of its development. In Russia it is the Russian Academy of Sciences that accumulates intellectual resources of the state along with universities. In the world scientific community RAS also maintains a “high reputation”, because “it remains the bearer of deep scientific culture and continues to conduct research on a broad science front”1.
