摘要：Completion of the critical phase of the global financial crisis is the need for economic analysis of its possible consequences. The article presents an analysis of key aspects of economic activities of Tomsk region as an example of assessment of the prospects for the region’s innovative development. It contains the data on the dynamics of post-crisis economic development and the proposals for innovative orientation of the region.
