摘要：The article examines the parameters and features of medical and educational service in the northern region, for example in the Komi Republic. The author gives evaluation of the issues relating to functioning of the major elements of territorial framework of social service and determined by low-density, great distances and poor connectivity of space. The spatial development directions are emphasized in the context of development of different medical and educational service centers and reinforcement of net cooperation between them.
