摘要：Since the Industrial Revolution, the mode of economic development characterized in high energy consumption, high pollution and high emission based on fossil fuels has not only driven the rapid development of economy and society, but also leads to a series of ecological and environmental problems such as global warming, energy shortage, and environmental degradation, resulting in sharp contradictions between ecological environment and economic development, which have been the bottleneck and constraints increasingly restricting the economic and social development. Under such circumstances, the low-carbon economy has emerged and been gradually accepted by the world, forming the industrial low-carbon, which has been a major trend for the world economy.
