摘要:The study investigates the relationship of behavioral focused strategies, job satisfaction and turnover intentions. The study also examines the mediating effect of job satisfaction in the relationship of behavioral focused strategies and turnover intentions. The data has been collected from the customer care centers/call centers of the telecom sector of Islamabad through a structured questionnaire from 120 respondents. The results of the study shows negative impact of behavioral focused strategies on turnover intentions, secondly behavioral focused strategies affects job satisfaction positively. Moreover, job satisfaction significantly mediates the relationship of behavioral focused strategies and turnover intentions. Future research needs to test the relationship of behavioral focused strategies with other organizational outcomes, and should collect the data from multiple types of organizations and environments
