摘要：In last few decades, entrepreneurial orientation emerged as a sustained medium for economic development and employment opportunities across the globe. Extant literature signifies relationship among education, venture creation and entrepreneurial performance. It is becoming popular after special emphasize has been given by new federal government for the upliftment of new ideas, entrepreneurs and entrepreneurial intentions in India. The main objective of the study is to investigate the differences among students orientation toward entrepreneurial intention in selected technical universities. This empirical research is based on the study of three leading technical universities of India i.e. Institutes of National Importance and State Technical University. The result of the study infers that tailored methods based on unique university environment, and pedagogical context are important for efficient and effective entrepreneurship training in each university. Most interestingly, it has also been identified that market job opportunities create forced entrepreneurial orientation.
