摘要：The cell manufacturing is an application of group technology, unbalanced and weak design of production system faces various problems up to which the final product get ready, so there by they will increase the cost .The aim of this paper is to develop methodology in the system in order to reduce the various cost associated with these factors. They include the cost are as inter and intra cell material handling cost, machine cost, operating cost ,by considering the alternative process routing ,cell size. The genetic algorithm is used to solve the model.
