  • 摘要:Outsourcing is a usually extended exercise for many companies competing at the global level. Through outsourcing, companies are ready to clearly define their main field of tasks although moving non-core tasks to companies allowed to execute them with higher levels of overall performance. Businesses deal with extreme aggressive challenges because of factors such as technical changes as well as globalization. In reaction to these kinds of issues, companies, both small and large ,are gradually outsourcing specific tasks through shifting whatever commonly worked in house to outside vendors However, outsourcing is not free from some risks, particularly those drive from process coordination, information sharing, or opportunistic behaviors.
