摘要：Capital Market is a market for securities (debt or equity), where business enterprises (companies) and Governments can raise long-term funds.With the liberalization of the Indian economy, it was found inevitable to lift the Indian stock market trading system on par with the international standards.The research design that is adopted is purely analytical in nature. The researcher has used facts or information. Sources collected from NSE websites are analyzed and evaluation has been made on the material available. The major findings are an investor can succeed in his investment only when he is able to select the right shares. The investors should keenly watch the situations like market price, economy, company progress, returns, and the risk involved in a share before taking decision on a particular share. This study made will help the investors know the behavior of share prices of 5 companies in cement sector and thus can succeed. However, the imperfection, inefficiencies, and irrationalities that characterized the real world markets, technical analysis can be helpful.The present study suggested that the investors can invest in the shares of ACC Cements to get high returns
