摘要:The model cat fish, Clarias batrachus, Linn., was treated with different concentrations of lead acetate for three days and seven days. A third set was treated with 15 ppm lead acetate for 105 days. Lead accumulation in liver and kidney tissues was worked out by AAS. Simultaneously, the activities of Amino-transferases, GOT and GPT were worked out following spectophotometry. The correlation coefficient ( r ) between lead accumulation and enzyme activities was found to be significant in sub acute and chronic cases
