摘要：The problem under taken for study in statistical process control which was implemented in almost all the Engineering Industry/Engineering applications. The ultimate aim of the SPC is to check whether the process is going in control or not. The produced product is subject to the specification. This thesis study gives idea between the manual SPC and the SSPC (simulated Statistical process control). The problem taken from an Industry with real application and the data were generated to study the simulated results. Therefore the inference may be draw the SPC and SSPC (simulated Statistical Process Control). Simulations will helps us to determine the process in control and will show the best result there can be any number of the simulated results.
