摘要：Com a realização de inquéritos aos produtores, pretendeu-se recolher o maior número de informações que permitam uma caracterização global da realidade do sector frutícola, em termos de práticas, em particular no que respeita à produção da pêra de São Bartolomeu, utilizada para secar, originando a Pêra Passa de Viseu.De acordo com os resultados obtidos no diagnóstico efectuado, o plano de acção a propor compreende acções específicas a implementar que se enquadram na área da produção da pêra de São Bartolomeu, em fresco, e na área da comercialização da pêra secada, dado terem sido aspectos identificados como fragilidades no sector
其他摘要：By applying questionnaires to the producers, it was intended to collect the greatest quantity of information that would allow the global characterization of the reality of the fruit production sector in terms of cultural procedures, inparticular with respect to the production of the S.
