摘要：A Escola assume um papel cada vez maissignificativo na vida dos jovens, propondo-se garantir umaeducação integral a todos os que acolhe, independentementeda sua proveniência ou características. A necessidadeimperiosa de responder aos desafios provocados pelasmudanças sociais “exige-lhe” uma desmedida ambiçãopedagógica; trata-se de chegar a todos, esbater desigualdades,contribuir para um processo de igualdade de oportunidades.Torna-se, pois, imprescindível dotar a escola de meios quepossam servir tão grandes exigências, cada vez mais próximasdo domínio da acção socioeducativa. A proposta deacompanhamento tutorial, que apresentamos, assenta nestepropósito, enquadrando e reflectindo o papel fundamental dafigura do Professor Tutor, cujas competências e perfil foramlegislados desde o princípio da década de noventa. Uma dasformas possíveis de perspectivar o papel do Professor Tutorpassa por enquadrá-lo no que designamos de EquipaMultidisciplinar de Actuação Imediata (EMAI) constituídapelos seguintes técnicos: Psicólogo, Assistente Social eEducador Social, para além dos profissionais da estrutura daorganização do sistema educativo (caso do director de turma).Depois de identificadas algumas das funções de cadaelemento, apresentar-se-á uma proposta de acompanhamentotutorial, em contexto escolar, cuja missão deverá terminar coma maioridade do menor sinalizado ou no momento do seuingresso no mundo de trabalho. Esta equipa deverá, ainda,para cumprimento dos seus intentos, interagir com a famíliado menor e com as redes sociais de apoio local, de forma coordenada, no sentido da promoção de acções de carácter preventivo e interventivo no âmbito do plano de acção tutorial definido
其他摘要：The school assumes an increasingly significant rolein the lives of young people proposing to ensure acomprehensive education that welcomes all, regardless of itssource or characteristics. The imperative to respond to thechallenges caused by social change "demands" an inordinateteaching ambition; it’s about reaching everyone, blurringinequalities, contributing to a process of equal opportunities. Itis therefore necessary that the school possesses the means thatcan serve so great demands ever closer to the field of socioeducationalaction. The proposal for tutorial monitoring wepresent, relies on this point, framing and reflecting on thefundamental role of the figure of the Teacher Tutor, whoseskills and profile have been legislated since the early nineties.One way to look to the role of Professor Tutor passes byframing him in what we call the Multidisciplinary TeamInstant Action (MTIA), which consists of the followingtechnical expertise: Psychologist, Social Worker and SocialEducator in addition to the professional structure of theorganization's education system (in case of tutors). Havingidentified some of the functions of each element we willpresent a proposal of tutorial accompanying, in the schoolcontext, whose mission will end with the coming of age of thechild signalled, or at the time of its entry into the world ofwork. This team must still fulfil their intentions to interactwith the child's family and social networks of local support ina coordinated manner, towards the promotion of preventivemeasures and intervening in the action plan tutorial set.
