摘要：În lucrare se propun procedee eficiente de izolare a manoproteinelor din biomasa levuriană. Procedeul cu aplicareaautolizei biomasei celulare timp de 24 de ore în combinaţie cu tratarea alcalină sporeşte cu 23,3% manoproteinele extrasecomparativ cu proba martor. Sunt descrise însuşirile fizico-chimice ale manoproteinelor izolate din pereţii celulari levurieni.
其他摘要：In the current work we propose efficient methods of manoproteins extraction from yeast biomass. The method ofapplication of cellular biomass autolysis for 24 hours combined with alcaline treating increases the manoproteins extractionwith 23.3%, compared to the control sample.
