摘要：Acest articol are drept scop ralierea viziunii tradiţionale asupra obiectului raportului juridic de ipotecă la un conceptştiinţific, bazat pe perceperea naturii sociale a sarcinilor la care este supus dreptul de proprietate în caz de constituire aaltor drepturi reale, cum ar fi şi dreptul subiectiv de ipotecă.
