摘要：În articol se dă o explicare detaliată a conceptului de responsabilitate penală a minorilor prin tratarea pluridisciplinară(drept, psihologie, sociologie, psihiatrie) a aspectelor de imaturitate cronologică, cognitivă şi psihosocială. Problemaresponsabilităţii este tratată prin prisma categoriilor „competenţă”, „autonomie” şi „capacitate”. Autorul realizează oanaliză minuţioasă a surselor doctrinare contemporane de peste hotare, sintetizând cele mai notorii opinii şi rezultate aleinvestigaţiilor privind responsabilitatea minorilor. Mai mult, examinează unele standarde din practica judiciară a statelorstrăine, precum şi unele norme juridico-penale din legea penală de peste hotare. În rezultatul studiului întreprins suntformulate unele concluzii apte să fie implementate atât în doctrina juridico-penală a Republicii Moldova, cât şi în practicajudiciară naţională
其他摘要：The purpose of this article consists in the detailed explanation of the concept of criminal responsibility of the minorsby means of several disciplines (law, psychology, sociology, psychiatry) concerning aspects of chronological, cognitiveand psychological and social immaturity. The problem of responsibility was treated through the categories of ‘competence’,‘autonomy’ and ‘capacity’. During the process of investigation, author performed a rigorous breakdown of theforeign sources of modern doctrine, as a result, there were synthesized the most prominent points of view and outcomesof investigations in the domain of criminal liability of the minors. More than it, there was effectuated the examination ofstandards applied in the judicial practice of the foreign states, as well as of legal norms form their penal legislation. As aresult, there were formulated some conclusions able to be implemented in the penal doctrine of the Republic of Moldovaand in the national judicial practice
