摘要:In the present work it was proposed a new method of synthesis of 4-(2-pyridyl) thiosemicarbazide and were synthesizedeight 4-(2-pyridyl) thiosemicarbazons by the known method. The identity and purity of organic obtained compoundswere demonstrated by chromatography, melting point, as well as by 13C and 1H NMR spectra. The synthesized substanceswere tested, studying the antiproliferative activity of HL-60 leukemia cells. The properties of compounds represent aninterest for medicine in terms of expanding of an arsenal of inhibitors in human leukemia HL-60 myeloid, thiosemicarbazonemanifest comparable activity with the one of such drugs as doxorubicin (Doxo) used in medicine for leukemia treatment
