摘要：The complex of the dynamic moderated physical exercises is put rforward. There was investigated its influence onthe cardiovascular, respiratory systems and the indices of nitrous exchange.The content of free amino acids in the saliva reflects the deviations of nitrous metabolism in response to the actionsof the physical load of different intensity, and concentration of glutamic acid, glutamine, amino acids with the branchedcircuit and urea can serve as the criterion of the influence of the testing physical loads. Coefficient „glutamicacid/glutamine” can be used as the control test of the intensity of the influence of physical loads. Was determined thecoefficient of tolerance to the given physical loads, which was improved toward the end the cycle of the application ofthe proposed complex.These indices are proposed to use as by a marker of the individual tolerance of organism to the physical loads
