摘要：Stratejik değer, örgütlerin geleceğe ilişkin aldığı kararlarda temel oluşturan tercih kriterlerini ifade etmektedir. Stratejik değerleriyle örgütler geleceğe odaklanarak önceliklerini belirlerken, kendilerini benzerlerinden farklılaştırabilmektedir. Bu çalışmayla, üniversitelerin toplumsal problemlere odaklı stratejik değerlerinin tespit edilmesi ve Türkiye Devlet Üniversitelerinin farklılaşmalarını sağlayabilecek stratejik değerlerin üniversite nezdinde önceliklerinin nasıl belirleneceğinin ortaya konması amaçlanmıştır. Çalışma kapsamında, uygulamanın yapıldığı üniversitenin paydaşları üzerinde bir anket çalışması yapılmıştır. Anket çalışmasıyla, üniversite paydaşlarının toplumsal problemlerden hangisinin çözümünü stratejik değer olarak ele aldıkları tespit edilmiştir. Anket verilerinden elde edilen sonuçlara göre, uygulamanın yapıldığı üniversitede toplumsal problemlerden yoksullukla mücadelenin stratejik değer olarak görüldüğü belirlenmiştir.
其他摘要：Strategic value expresses the preference criteria composing a base in the decisions organisations make for the future. While organisations determine their priorities with their strategic values by focusing on the future, they can also differentiate themselves from their counterparts. It was aimed in this study to determine the strategic values of universities focused on social problems and to reveal how to determine the priorities of strategic values of universities that could enable differentiation of Turkish State Universities. Within the scope of the study, a survey was conducted on the stakeholders of the university where the application was carried out. Through this survey study, the solution of which of the social problems university stakeholders consider strategic value was determined. According to the results acquired from the survey data, it was determined that at the university where the application was carried out, “tackling poverty” was regarded as strategic value among social problems
