摘要：Timar sistemi, Osmanlı toprak düzeninin işleyişi bakımından olduğu kadar askeri teşkilatıaçısından da önemlidir. Bu sistemin işleyişinde etkin olan hususlardan biri de, devletkurumlarının işleyişi açısından da önemli olan timarların tevcihi meselesidir. Bu çalışmadaamacımız, konuyla ilgili bazı belgelerin incelenmesi yoluyla, zamanın Osmanlı bürokrasisininhayati bir aracı olan bu uygulamanın Osmanlı bürokrasisinde nasıl bir süreç geçirdiğini ortayakoymak ve timar tevcihâtı ile ilgili aynı kayıtların izini farklı çalışma ve kaynaklardan tespitetmeyi amaçlamaktadır
其他摘要：Timar system, as well as to the operation of the order of the Ottoman land regime, is crucial interms of military organization, too. One of the issues effective in the functioning of thissystem is the matter of allocation of timar which is also important for the functioning of stateinstitutions. In this study, throughout examining certain related documents we aim to revealhow this application, as a vital instrument of the then Ottoman bureaucracy, went through aprocess, and determine the footsteps of the same registers on the timar allocation in differentstudies and sources.
