摘要：Virtualization is the core technology in thecloud. The biggest benefit of using the virtualization incloud is the ability to assign the computing resourcesflexibly. Since load on the virtual machine (VM) is changefrequently. Due to this reason it is still a challenge toschedule the VM properly to meet multi-objective, likepower and QoS constraints, provider profit etc. Cloud is atotally commercial model where provider wants to increasetheir profit with the client satisfaction. This paperproposed a VM scheduling approach which assign thepriority for each VM based on their cost and then place theVM first that has the highest priority. To create the cloudenvironment for measuring the performance of theproposed approach CloudSim simulator is use andcompare with the existing VM scheduling approach.Experiments result shows that proposed approachminimize the energy consumption and simulation time
