摘要：Domestic banking system tend to match the requirements made by the Basel Committee, comes with a multitude ofchanges and regulations to bring the operation of a common denominator with this class. One of the conditions of thenormal operation of the banking sector is the existence of an effective system of surveillance based on an appropriatelegislative framework, aligned to the requirement of international prudential supervision
