摘要：Public space term is the source of significant debates recently. Defining the public space and determining the scope of it becomes important agenda for social scientist. The running of economical and fiscal processes is especially important in the determination of economical dimension of public space. In this study, the formation and transformation of public space is dealed with historical processes. Based on historical development, economical and fiscal processes which form economical dimension of public space are analyzed.
