摘要:This article illustrates how internships performed by young students during their studies can represent the foundation of their future career's management. Applicative elements that can be found in a SOP HRD project focused on the internship/practical training of students are mentioned; the views of some students who have completed an internship carried out through an European funded project , which gave them the chance to get in contact with the labor market are also given.
