摘要：The aim of this paper is to analyze the perceptions of technical and political leaders of cooperatives surveyed about the joint agribusiness between Central Cooperative - Cooperatives Singles - farmers (Model Federated cooperatives). The study was qualitative, exploratory and descriptive, using primary sources, with the support of technical interviews and secondary sources. In conclusion that Central must work with their producers and their member cooperatives on the role each has in the process, knowing that they are also both owners and suppliers of the collective enterprise. Therefore, the importance of actively participating in the affairs of the Cooperative Singular and of own Central, that consequently will bring benefits to the system. If they can not articulate an efficient value chain, the own model of articulation may be questioned.
