摘要：The objective. Determination of sanitary-hygienic conditions for the location of modern high-technology complexes - mechanized canteens on the residential territory using the technology of DELIVA NV Belgium Company. Materials and methods. The subjects of the study were standard documents of sanitary and town-planning legislation of Ukraine, design of the modern high-technology complexes building- mechanized canteens. Methods for study: analytical (study of standard and legislative documents of the new sanitary and town-planning legislation); expert-analytical (performance of sanitary-epidemiological examination of design materials); hygienic substantiations of the recommendations for the provision of sanitary legislation requirements’ following at designing work. Results. We studied sanitary-hygienic issues of the conditions of mechanized canteens’ location on the residential territories. A special attention was paid to the issues of the possibilities of the use of final product in the children’s nutrition at the educational institutions including boarding schools, treatment-and-prophylactic institutions. We performed a sanitary-epidemiological assessment of design materials on the building of mechanized canteens.
