摘要:The purpose of the present article is to make us visualize the game as an educational instrument and facilitating factor in teaching and learning about soccer, demystifying the idea that the football game alienates, and proposing a methodology which the game has leading role in overcoming a paradigm in which the victory at all costs is above the pleasure of playing football. In this way, we will tackle subjects that go beyond strictly technical teaching about the game, without setting aside the constant search for excellence; therefore, this study involves the analysis of other aspects that tackle sport pedagogy. Thus, getting as reference, authors who believe in a game that goes beyond the basic rules of soccer like Freire (2003), Scaglia in Picollo (1999), Santana (2004), Rose Junior (2002), Scaglia and Reverdito (2009), Kuns (2001), Picollo (1999), Betti (1997), Montagner (1999) and so forth. It was realized that, without laying aside the practical teaching, it’s necessary dealing with issues related to conceptual and attitudinal dimensions, like cultural, moral and social values that must undoubtedly be part of the programs, they must appear in the roll of the function of every teacher.
