摘要：It is proved the necessity of taking into account for the functional distribution of the national income together with the labor and the capital one more institutional factor which, in author's opinion, is equal with these traditional factors. For this purpose the results of the institutional environment and infrastructure analysis in many countries of the world were used. Considered three-factorial model of economic balance which is expedient for using in case of the distributive relations studying in Ukraine.
