摘要：The article studies the regulation of legal relations that arise regarding the provision of maritime agency services. It analyses the main legal documents that define the form and content of such relationship, and the legal rights of the parties set the amount of the agency agreement. Was made a comparison of rights and responsibilities, which sides of an agency agreement get, regarding to the norms of civil and commercial law.
