摘要：The article describes main directions of the state policy in attraction of foreign capital to the domestic economy and peculiarities of its realization in the gold-mining industry. Special attention is paid to legal documents defining conditions of activities of foreign investors. The role of foreign capital in homeland gold-mining is considered in connection with international events and inner political problems.
