摘要：According to the author’s concept of systemic approach developed in the article, the «systematicity» is not considered as «universal quality of the world around», but only as the subject’s ability to bring to a certain order the observable and conceivable objects and phenomena. Continuing previous publications, the issues of phylogenesis and ontogenesis of systemic thinking are detalized.
