摘要：Some problem aspects of formation to system of the institutes for activization of investment and innovative activity of development of the enterprises are considered in the article. The main directions of improvement of institutional structure of innovative activity of the agrarian enterprises are proved here. The scientific-theoretical principles of formation of the organizational mechanism of management by investment streams in agrarian sector are developed. The method of calculation of an indicator of management efficiency by investment streams of the agrarian enterprises is offered.
