摘要：The correlation between intellectual and innovative enterprise development factors is discussed in the article. The target elements of intellectual and innovative content of the company are selected. Basic aspects of the national innovation systems are investigated. The necessity to focus on the development of intellectual and innovative filling of the enterprise in order to improve business performance was proved.
