摘要:A brief overview of the properties of lactic- acid microorganisms of human normoflora and qualitative characteristic of the probiotic preparations, containing bacteria, for the prevention and correction of pathological conditions of the gastrointestinal tract is provided I n the message I of the article. Special attention is paid to a creation and design of probiotics from the point of view of their safety, the functional impact on the human body and manufacturability.
