摘要：The Objective: to determine the possible institutional, regulatory and legal framework of safety zones size changing for I-III hazard class enterprises in the level of Main Departments and for IV-V hazard class enterprises at the level of regional offices of the State Sanitary and Epidemiological Service of Ukraine under modern conditions of decentralization. Materials and Methods. The proposal of the State Enterprises of Ukraine concerning the authority of resolving the issue of resizing safety zones by Chief Sanitary Doctor of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, Kyiv and Sevastopol for the above enterprises was the object of research. In this paper used research methods: expert and analytical (during Epidemiological Inspection of project materials); analytical (study of normative and legal documents of the new urban planning and health legislation); hygienic substantiation of recommendations to ensure compliance with sanitary requirements in the determination of dimensional changes of sanitary protection zones for objects of I-V hazard class in the level of Main Departments and regional offices of the State Sanitary and Epidemiological Service of Ukraine. Results. Organizational issues and legal framework to providing opportunities for solving the issues of safety zones resizing for objects of I-V hazard class in the level of Main Departments and regional offices of the State Sanitary and Epidemiological Service of Ukraine under decentralization were analyzed and studied. Special attention is paid to the study of reform of the State Sanitary and Epidemiological Service of Ukraine, legal framework of providing conditions review of resizing safety zones justification projects for I-III hazard class enterprises in the level of Main Departments and for IV-V hazard class enterprises at regional offices of the State Sanitary and Epidemiological Service of Ukraine. As a result of study and analysis legislative regulation proposals for changes to the current health legislation were justified and developed.
