摘要：In the article problems of use of the scientific apparatus of modern cognitive linguistics for solution of applied problems, connected with right regulation, are considered on material of linguistic examination of the newspaper text. Theoretical principles of the conceptual analysis of language, used in linguistic research of conflict speech works, are provided.
