摘要：The following questions in context with the food security are considered in the paper: the following branches are offered on improvement of the structure of agriculture - plant growing, animal breeding, forage planting and branch of service; for economic - statistical researches it is offered mezzo-economic approach and its importance is based; the essence of categories “demand” and “offer” of the consumer market is concretized; it is offered to replace a method “cost price” with method of “production expenses” during economic - statistical estimation of the results of economic actions of the subjects; it is put forwarded new offers on definition of principles of market economy.
