摘要：In this paper a simple enzyme recovery method was investigated. Enzymatic hydrolysis of natural celluletic material was evaluated. Experiments were conducted using rise husk as a raw celluletic material. Addition of fresh raw material in to a solution contained free enzyme may enhance the enzymatic reaction. Comparing the experimental result with shrinking core model showed suitable compatibility of theoretical model with the existing experimental data
