摘要:Football is a sport characterized as intermittent, short sprints and long runs of low intensity, which in its competitive season is performed several games and need a structure of periodization during the season. Thus, the aim of this study was to design a macrocycle at six weeks of preseason describing exercises and methods of football training, show the volume per session and microcycle. Study sample was composed of 24 athletes from Under 17 football team (67 ± 6,7 kg, 169,4 ± 36,2 cm, 16,3 ± 0,7 years, VO2max = 50,3 ± 3,0 ml.kg-min-1). In the structure of periodized training had total of 1483 minutes of general practice within this figure there was a predominance of technical and tactical drills followed by physical training (810 and 648 minutes, respectively). Besides the training character, presented the results of the means of training through the character of the training, which was used within the technical environment that characterizes games in tight spaces, already had the tactical means the predominance of individual tactical training simulations, sectoral and collective. Finally, the physical exercises were prevalent with weights. The model applies advocates training workouts wave, so training maximal strength, power and endurance in one microcycle.
