摘要:A committed workforce is an asset to the organizations. Committed employees decide to stay with organization for a long term. Purpose of the present study is to examine the influence of factors - HR practices, Pay & Benefits and Employee engagement strategies on Organizational commitment of the paramedical staff in private hospitals in Bangalore, India. The study also examines the relationship of these three factors with organizational commitment of hospital employees.
