摘要：The analysis of legislative basis and valid operating system of the budgetary regulation of territorial development is conducted. Proved is that the low effectiveness of the budgetary regulation at regional level is caused by the absence of clear mechanism of socio-economic sponsorship development in problem regions. The mechanism directions to increase the effectiveness of state regional economic policy as well as the growth of local authorities’ role in solving the problems of regional development are studied.
